TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Terms
   50% deposit at time of reservation. Balance due sixty (60) days before arrival. Christmas / New Year’s due ninety (90) days prior to arrival due to airline bookings.

2. Cancellation Fees (Terms are subject to modification by individual properties. Terms will be reconfirmed with bookings)

• Christmas bookings – no refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival
• Other dates: 50% refund if cancelled within sixty days of arrival.
• Full refund less 15% administration fee if cancelled prior to 60 days.

3. Not Included / Additional Charges
   Rates do not include baggage handling, gratuities, telephone, fax and telegram charges, car rental, food, soft drinks and/or liquor, personal items and expenses, and any excessive cleaning required upon departure (such as upholstery or rug shampooing, etc.)

4. Reservation and Payments
   Payment of a 50% Rental Deposit together with the completed Guest Reservation Form must be received by rejuvenationvillas.com before a Confirmation can be issued. Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received at least 60 days prior to guest arrival (or together with the Reservation Form if booked less than 60 days in advance of arrival). Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation.

5. Change of Booking
   A US$50 administration fee will be charged by rejuvenationvillas.com for any change of booking after a Confirmation has been issued. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the villa’s owner.

6. Liability
   rejuvenationvillas.com acts only as agent for the villa owners, suppliers and/or contractors who are providing accommodation, transport, and services. Under no circumstances shall rejuvenationvillas.com be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim or injury either directly or indirectly, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred, whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or accommodations as described or substituted, or by reason of military action, revolution or acts of God, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or accommodations herein or as substituted. If any accommodations and/or services are substituted, rejuvenationvillas.com will act at all times in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to or better than those originally contracted. rejuvenationvillas.com at their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any persons(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services.
