Silent Waters, opened in 1999, has literally been carved out of a hilltop above Montego Bay. The design of this project is open to a 290 degree panoramic view of sea, mountains and river valley. The property consists of the main pavilion and five detached guest suites strategically located around a 4-acre complex within an
18-acre site. Each guest villa is within easy access to the Olympic-size pool, lighted tennis court, dining areas, and helipad, yet each is individually private.

• Owner’s villa is available for an additional $10,125 per week year-round after minimum rental rate of $21,875 High Season and $15,625 Low Season.
• LL suites 1-2 and 4-5 share bathroom with upper level guests.
• Staff gratuities are not included in the rental rate. We recommend 10%
  of the total rental rate during high season and 15% during low season.
• Rates do not include Government Consumption Tax (GCT): 8.25 % hotel tax for rental, food, and beverage.  Hiring Silent Waters car and drivers: 16.5% tax.
• Mandatory meal plan is required.  Rates will be provided before booking.
• Massages range from $85/hr. to $45/1/2 hr.
