Overview of Seclusion Villa
Seclusion Villa is one of the most spectacular homes in Jamaica, situated on a lush tropical hillside with spectacular ocean and mountain views. This Montego Bay villa rental is a beautiful blend of ultra-modern amenities and old Jamaican heritage. The tropical gardens are manicured with colourful hibiscus and bougainvilleas, palm trees, avocado, mango, lime and orange trees. Entering through an electronic gate to this private villa, the panorama of the Caribbean Sea will take your breath away. Inside the villa, there is a wonderful collection of original art, carefully selected by the owner. The rooms of the main house open on to a massive verandah and pool terrace where the spectacular scenery takes your breath away. Sunsets are simply magical here.
Seclusion Villa can accomodate up to eight people, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master suite is complete with a king-size four-poster Jamaican bed, complete sound system, piano, private soak pool, outdoor shower and meditation gazebo. Both the guest bedrooms have double beds and private baths opening to the pool terrace. All the bathrooms are equipped with latest facilities. You will love relaxing in the villa living room, overlooking spectacular mountain views. The room has designer furnishings, vaulted ceilings and a private porch with a terrace. Telephone, TV/DVD and internet are all available to keep you connected.
Seclusion Villa features two private swimming pools, private lighted tennis court and panoramic mountain views. A pristine white sandy beach is only 15 minutes away. Laundry services, yoga instructor, private massage and an eight passenger van are available on request. This Montego Bay Jamaican villa is also near several popular golf courses including Tryall Golf Beach Club and White Witch Golf Club.

Seclusion Villa Meals & Beverages
- All inclusive meals (i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner for resident guests) are at a rate of US$350 per person per week
- Childrens' meals are at a rate of $175 per week. Meals for children 2 and younger are complimentary
- Alcoholic beverages are billed separately
- Additional charges for cocktail parties and dinner parties are billed separately

- 50% deposit due at time of reservation. Balance due sixty (60) days before arrival.
- Christmas / New Year’s due ninety (90) days prior to arrival due to airline bookings.
- Christmas bookings – no refund if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
- Other dates: 50% refund if canceled within 60 days of arrival. Full refund less 15% administration fee if canceled prior to 60 days.
- A 28% discount can be applied to your booking depending on number of suits needed for a weeks rental other than Holidays i.e. Christmas and New Years
- Staff gratuities are not included. 10% - 15% of the total rental rate is recommended.
