• "All inclusive meals" (i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for resident guests) are at a rate of US$350 per person per week. Childrens' meals are at a rate of $175 per week. Meals for children 2 and younger are complimentary. Alcoholic beverages are billed separately. Additional charges for cocktail parties and dinner parties are billed separately.

• 50% deposit at time of reservation. Balance due sixty (60) days before arrival. Christmas / New Year's due ninety (90) days prior to arrival due to airline bookings.
  

• Christmas bookings – no refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
• Other dates: 50% refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
• Full refund less 15% administration fee if cancelled prior to 60 days.
