Meals and Beverages :

"All inclusive meals" (i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for resident guests) are at a rate of US$350 per person per week. Children 12 and younger are at a rage of $175 per week. Meals for children 2 and younger are complimentary. Alcoholic beverages are billed separately. Additional charges for cocktail parties and dinner parties are billed separately.

Terms:

50% deposit at time of reservation. Balance due sixty (60) days before arrival. Christmas / New Year's due ninety (90) days prior to arrival due to airline bookings.

Cancellation Fees:

Christmas bookings – no refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
Other dates: 50% refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
Full refund less 15% administration fee if cancelled prior to 60 days.
